The Cancun Sunset Club?You're not alone!
Have you had trouble making a reservation?
Have you been notified the week before your vacation that they have over
booked? Have you been forced to stay in a substitute resort which
was not close to being compatible with the one you purchased? If
this sounds familiar, you're not alone. In conversations with other
members and local business people while in Cancun, I have found this to
be standard operating procedure for The Cancun Sunset Club.
Club members are scattered all over the U.S and
no doubt other countries. If we could get in touch with one another
we may be able to improve the situation. I'm not an attorney but
I think if we can collectively show a pattern of overbooking, substitution
of inferior accommodations, lost reservations etc., it may
help all of us; those who want to stay and those who would like to bail
out ...and maybe even get a refund.

club members to post complaints. You may want to use it for your
remarks and complaints instead. This sight was mainly intended to
keep a list of members in order to aid in our communications with each
other.
